This game was born out of an assignment to fully design a game and it’s UI. I did a moodboard full of parchment, dank subterranean workshops, and colorful bottles and mocked up minigames and menus. In Android Development class, we had one final project to make a game in Android Studio and I suggested that my partner and I do this. So we did and I mainly worked on the xml and layouts of the screen as well as design. The Professor had taught Casual Games Development before so he taught us a little bit about the rewards systems and aesthetic looked for in that market and we adjusted accordingly.
